At Solnik Construction Group, we help developers turn early project ideas into realistic plans, reliable budgets, and buildings that can actually get built.

Before you commit serious time and money, we help you understand what can realistically be built, what it will likely cost, and how to move the project from early idea to construction with a clear plan.

Our work sits between the drawing set, the spreadsheet, and the job site. We help owners and developers understand the risks, make better decisions early, and navigate planning, pre-construction, and construction with greater clarity and control.

Our FOUNDER

Payam Noursalehi

Payam Noursalehi is the founder and President of Solnik Construction Group, with more than 20 years of experience across engineering, management consulting, construction management, real estate development, and private equity.

His multidisciplinary background allows him to look at projects from both the owner’s and builder’s perspective—helping clients understand risk, challenge assumptions, and develop realistic plans, budgets, and delivery strategies.

Payam holds a Bachelor of Engineering, an MBA, and the PMP designation. He is also the founder of Mid-Rise.ca and host of the Real Estate Development Insights Podcast, where he shares practical insights on development, construction, and investment decision-making.
